Derrick
I'm going to bring in my girl, Kate. Kate Hailey on this evening.
00;01;50;25 - 00;01;56;12
Kate
Up, up. Pappa Papa Barbara. Bah bah bah bah bah.
00;01;56;12 - 00;01;56;25
Kate
I'm so.
00;01;57;09 - 00;01;57;26
Derrick
Chickens.
00;01;59;22 - 00;02;02;27
Kate
No, but we can do that. I should have like. I sort of.
00;02;03;12 - 00;02;06;20
Kate
Baa, baa, baa! Baa! Baa! Baa!
00;02;06;20 - 00;02;12;02
Kate
Baa! In case you're listening along, I just did a really good hand puppet.
00;02;13;09 - 00;02;18;26
Derrick
Anyway, let's listen in tonight. Pete. Pete, good to see you this evening.
00;02;19;19 - 00;02;28;08
Pete
Hey there. I'm so excited for this. I wore a special shirt in honor of special effects. This is my green screen shirt.
00;02;29;08 - 00;02;34;13
Derrick
I was gonna say I could have worn a green shirt. Now, you would have seen when my head in my arm really freaked out.
00;02;34;13 - 00;02;38;07
Pete
So I'm pretending to be a special effect.
00;02;39;09 - 00;02;53;23
Derrick
Okay, May, if you are not already, please, like, subscribe, share. That way you're always going to hit the episodes. You're always going to know what we're talking about. As always, first, Kate, we've got some Disney plus news this week. What we've got going on.
00;02;53;24 - 00;03;21;12
Kate
You have some Disney plus news this week. Okay. Moving into the Disney plus news, National Geographic will be releasing a new America's National Parks series on Disney Plus on August 31st, this series will be narrated by Garth Brooks, probably without his friends in low places. Oh, huge. Garth Brooks fan. The Thunder rolls. All right. Moving right along next to.
00;03;21;12 - 00;03;25;15
Derrick
Wonder how many tons of his songs they're going to do throughout the show.
00;03;26;15 - 00;03;28;02
Kate
Don't listen.
00;03;28;02 - 00;03;28;19
Derrick
Because they could be.
00;03;29;02 - 00;03;31;29
Kate
Going downhill. The sun comes up on it.
00;03;32;00 - 00;03;33;14
Pete
It could be completely shameless.
00;03;33;27 - 00;04;03;14
Kate
Oh, that was a good one. Does it? Go do it. All right. Mighty Ducks Season two will premiere September 28. This season sees the Ducks attending a super competitive summer hockey camp. Lauren Graham returns and Josh Duhamel do it now. Duhamel now joins as a former NHL player that is now coaching at the camp. Emilio Estevez is not returning due to creative differences.
00;04;03;17 - 00;04;23;24
Kate
So we're just going to leave that one alone. Let's do it. And last but certainly not least, Disney plus day this year is September 8th and they are already teasing the epic events and surprises that will be announced that day. Also, the Star Wars Twitter account has posted several tweets about the day. So we're expecting big news from them.
00;04;24;22 - 00;04;37;10
Kate
This makes sense as Marvel kind of emptied their quiver last month at Comic-Con. We will have a live show that night with all the news, so make sure you join us for that. Back to you, Derek.
00;04;37;10 - 00;04;44;28
Derrick
Yeah, I am looking forward. I always look forward to Disney plus day. Okay, always. This will be days number two, but still, it's fun.
00;04;46;20 - 00;04;54;23
Pete
Yeah, I still think they're going to drop at least the names of a couple series, Disney plus series for Marvel.
00;04;55;00 - 00;04;55;24
Derrick
I would agree.
00;04;55;24 - 00;05;08;24
Pete
Because they they told us. They told us all of phase five, all the shows. But then phase six, they showed us they showed us like three movies, but they didn't show us many.
00;05;09;15 - 00;05;13;08
Derrick
Series that there's that five shows that they're going to do in there.
00;05;13;08 - 00;05;47;17
Pete
So I'm still thinking they might drop a couple show names for for those that weren't at D23 three years ago. The three shows from this year, Marvel shows from this year were actually dropped on that on that sorry point where were dropped that day, which was including She-Hulk, Ms.. Marvel and Moon Knight were actually announced at D23. So I think that, you know, more forward looking, they'll get us some titles or at least some characters that we're going to see.
00;05;47;17 - 00;05;49;18
Pete
I don't I don't think there's going to be zero.
00;05;49;19 - 00;05;50;24
Derrick
Like normal stuff.
00;05;52;22 - 00;06;15;27
Kate
To those of you following along at home on Kate's journey through Marvel, we just finished season five, Episode 20 of No, Episode 18 of Agents of Shield, which is where they're out in space. And it's timey Y meets crazy and we are halfway through cloak and dagger season one.
00;06;17;01 - 00;06;21;19
Pete
That that agents of shield season is the season that lost me.
00;06;23;29 - 00;06;37;18
Kate
It's how hard it's it. I'm really sick of them messing with Fitz and Simmons's relationship. Like, I feel like those two. You just can't catch a break. So we'll see. We'll see. We'll see.
00;06;38;15 - 00;06;38;23
Pete
Yeah.
00;06;39;14 - 00;06;39;25
Derrick
Okay.
00;06;40;21 - 00;06;43;08
Kate
Well, good.
00;06;43;08 - 00;07;05;06
Derrick
This will. This week we went into the documentary side of it with Lucasfilm's, brought out light and magic. It's a six episode series and we've actually watched episodes one and two. Pete, can you give us a real brief summary of what was episode one and two?
00;07;05;06 - 00;07;36;27
Pete
Yeah, I promise I will shorten from my doctor. Strange summary. So for those that don't know, industrial light magic is one of the biggest effects houses and it's also really one of the really the first effects house. And so this is the story. These first two episodes really talk about how it was formed. And basically George Lucas with his concepts for Star Wars, he knew that he couldn't make all the effects with what existed out there.
00;07;37;06 - 00;08;05;07
Pete
So he basically got hired, a couple of guys who hired some more guys, and basically they made this this team, this company, which he called Industrial Light Magic, and they were basically the ones that created all the effects for the Star Wars movie. So the first episode was really about forming the company and all the kind of interviewed all the people that came in and what their talents were and everything like that.
00;08;05;07 - 00;08;37;04
Pete
And then I thought they did this pretty well. They kind of cliffhanger at the end of the the end of the first episode. I don't think this is super spoilery, so I'll start at the end of the first episode. They'd been like working for like a year. And for those that know George Lucas film The Star Wars in England and he had finished filming all the actual actors and everything like that, and he came back and they had done a total of, I think it was two shots, right, that they had completed and they were good looking shots.
00;08;37;12 - 00;08;39;22
Derrick
But it was half their money.
00;08;40;12 - 00;09;03;18
Pete
Yeah. And they'd already spent like half the budget. So the second episode I thought was kind of strange. It kind of went back to the beginning again and then talked about, you know, George Lucas's younger days and things like that. Not that I don't think it was interesting, but I think it kind of went back to why George Lucas was the way he was in terms of being a perfectionist.
00;09;03;18 - 00;09;32;25
Pete
And then they went through how they got from the end of filming to the release of the movie Star Wars and then kind of cliffhanger that second episode again by saying, you know, yeah, they did a good job, but George didn't want that happen. And again, for the next Star Wars movie. So, you know, that's where they left us with with the first the end of the first episode or second episode.
00;09;32;27 - 00;10;01;21
Pete
So the first two episodes were really about the original Star Wars, as it's known now episode for a new hope and what they went through to make the effects and put this team together that really formed industrial light magic, which you know, as we're going to see with the remaining four episodes, is where they went from there. And obviously they are still around today and are still one of the top effects houses out there, though.
00;10;01;21 - 00;10;32;03
Pete
Now, there are literally hundreds of effects of this because, you know, many of these major blockbuster movies today are almost entirely special effects. You know, I think I think, you know, Star Wars, the original one might have had I don't know, 150 or so effects shots, 200 effects shot, something like that. Movies today literally have, you know, 2000 3000 effect shots.
00;10;32;03 - 00;10;53;13
Pete
It's literally all effects shots, almost some of these especially some of these Marvel movies. MARVEL Yeah. MARVEL So there's certainly there's certainly a lot of work to be done out there. But but this is really going back to the beginning. And so I think that sums it up. Do you guys think agree that I caught the highlights there?
00;10;53;18 - 00;10;54;00
Pete
Actually.
00;10;54;11 - 00;11;06;06
Derrick
Yeah. Yeah. It's okay. I'm going to go to you first two episodes. Were they light and magical or were they just too deep of a dove?
00;11;06;06 - 00;11;58;16
Kate
They definitely weren't light, but they were super magical. I don't think it was too deep of a dove at all. I really enjoyed these. I, I think the thing that I appreciated so much was truly like the grass roots of how it was all started, that it started with, Oh, well, I can't do that, but I know a guy who can let me call him and oh well, like, you know, I'm almost there, but I need this person's help that I loved watching that happen, especially knowing the juggernaut that Star Wars becomes the, the like the, the Star Wars lore of like it's such a huge thing now that it started with this one guy
00;11;58;26 - 00;12;24;10
Kate
saying, you know, I like to drive fast cars. I think I want to like talk about a dogfight in space. And and I actually really enjoyed I think it was the beginning of the second episode where he talks about, you know, that was how this got started was and at 1.1 of the guys just strapped a camera to the front of a car or something.
00;12;24;10 - 00;12;45;21
Kate
I also just loved how they said, Well, we don't know how we're going to do that there. And the idea of there was like no technology then to do this. And so they were like, Well, guess we'll figure it out. I'm just going to go build this thing in my garage and bring it in and maybe it'll work and maybe it won't.
00;12;46;07 - 00;13;15;19
Kate
The other thing that stuck out so I had I had a lot to say about this because I really enjoyed this show. Another thing that I loved was that they kept saying, we we failed, we failed and we failed and we failed. And then we didn't fail. And it's okay to fail hearing that from Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, two of the greatest movie directors of all time, hearing them say, no, we we failed.
00;13;15;19 - 00;13;39;03
Kate
And then we were like, well, let's try it again and try it this way. I think this this documentary was brilliantly shot, brilliantly put together. I wasn't I was nervous going into this because I am not the biggest Star Wars fan. So I was afraid I was going to be really bored, but I was actually blown away. Loved, loved the storytelling of it.
00;13;39;03 - 00;14;12;03
Kate
I loved what Pete was saying, how they were like, Yeah, that Stephen George was gone. And then he came back and we only had like two shots done and he was not happy just hearing that because you think about these movies, right? These like these epic, ridiculously popular, they have their own convention movies and how it started from such humble beginnings.
00;14;12;15 - 00;14;18;23
Kate
Like I just that is so that's like a breath of fresh air to me. So I really enjoyed them. Pete, what about you?
00;14;19;23 - 00;14;45;25
Pete
Well, this type of show is right up my alley, and I am I am a big Star Wars fan, but I'm also a big behind the scenes movie in general fan. So I you know, I kind of eat this stuff for breakfast. This is the type of show that I really like. But what I what I did with it is also I watched it with my wife because she is she's she like star Wars, but she's not a big fan.
00;14;45;25 - 00;15;09;29
Pete
She's not a, you know, a movie nerd like I am. And so I kind of, like, tried to look at it through her eyes. It's like, was she enjoying it? Was she paying attention? You know, was she really, you know, what, she she getting into it. And she did. She did also, you know, so I was curious to see what Kate was going to say, because, you know, I think Kate I think Kate and my wife would be similar there in terms of their level of interest in this.
00;15;10;09 - 00;15;33;27
Pete
And for me, I thought, you know, again, I'm such a nerd that like, you know, like these names are coming out. It's Dennis Muren, it's Gary Wright's, you know, and I like know who these people are already. So it's like, you know, again, right up right up my alley. But I do think they did a really good job of telling it as a story because that's the important with a with a documentary.
00;15;33;27 - 00;15;48;29
Pete
I mean, you can you can put a lot of cool stuff on the screen, but if you don't tell the story in a way that's interesting and is paced well and everything like that, well, you get, you know. Jane Yeah, right. I mean.
00;15;50;14 - 00;15;51;22
Kate
Yes, yes.
00;15;51;27 - 00;16;15;19
Pete
That is because, you know, Jane Goodall, very interesting person. And you know, her history with gorillas, we we we watch that that documentary many, many months ago and we're all like, oh, this is going to be cool. And then it was just boring, horrible, boring. So this still could have been boring. And I think they I think they paced it very well.
00;16;15;19 - 00;16;36;04
Pete
And even I was a little worried, you know, the first 2 hours I knew were going to be basically about Star Wars. And it's like, well, is that going to be too much? But again, the way they broke it down that the first episode was kind of forming this group, and then the second episode was the ragtag rebels making getting the effects done for this movie.
00;16;36;19 - 00;16;42;12
Pete
You know, I don't know. It makes me want to watch the rest of them. Definitely. What about you, Derek?
00;16;42;25 - 00;17;03;20
Derrick
Yeah, I love that. I started the first two episodes, the some of the shots that they talked about, like the opening shot of the Blockade Runner and the Star Destroyer, how they filmed that. I would imagine that's one of those shots that they talk about on lots of different documentaries about Star Wars and how they filmed that shot.
00;17;04;14 - 00;17;32;12
Derrick
But this this actually talked about how they had to do the blockade. Runner design was originally the Millennium Falcon design and how they had to change it and all those different kind of things were so interesting to me. I loved it, I thought. And I was along the same lines as you. First episode my wife watched along with me and she's she's a documentary person.
00;17;32;12 - 00;17;59;10
Derrick
She's not a huge Star Wars fans. She likes the movies, but okay, sure, she wants to definitely watch more of them. She was that she was impressed. So I mean, I thought it was rather magical. All right, Pete, going to start with you on this one, because you remember more movies than the rest of us. What movie do you remember watching and going?
00;17;59;10 - 00;18;02;16
Derrick
Oh, my gosh, that effect is so cool.
00;18;03;24 - 00;18;41;29
Pete
Yeah. And of the group, I am the oldest. So I remember seeing most I actually didn't see Star Wars a new hope in the theaters. On the first run. I was too young for that. But I did see, you know, the subsequent movies and everything like that. So if you are asking me what movies at the time that they came out really odd me, I would have to say it was the, the, the one that's going to come up in episode three, which is Empire Strikes Back, which had the, the, the all that Hoth battle scene with the big ads and everything like that.
00;18;41;29 - 00;19;05;06
Pete
And then the fight through the, the flight through the asteroids, which I know they're going to talk about, but like seeing that kind of stuff and even Yoda, I remember, I remember I actually have memory of seeing the trailer for Star and it's such a different world back then because it was literally like there was no news outlets about any of these things.
00;19;05;17 - 00;19;26;08
Pete
So I saw the trailer for Empire Strikes Back in the theater in front of another movie, not knowing I was going to see a trailer, you know, I was like nine years old or whatever. And I'm seeing a trailer for Empire Strikes Back, not even knowing there was another movie coming out and you're like, Watch this comes out and it's got like all these scenes and shots and everything like that.
00;19;26;08 - 00;20;07;15
Pete
And then Yoda comes up and I remember distinctly seeing that. So I'd have to, I'd have to say probably that one, another movie that when I think of from my youth in terms of like special effects would prob and it's different, more practical effects. But I think but I think there's some others, some not practical. And there is the second Indiana Jones movie, Temple of Doom, that the I know a lot of people don't like it, but like for me, it was I was again like 12 or 13 when it came out and I saw it so many times in the theater and like the, the main car, when they're riding through the thing in
00;20;07;15 - 00;20;33;25
Pete
the main car and all that kind of stuff, it was just all that kind of stuff was really just like so awesome to me. So, and then you're probably, you know, from this nine well, I'm going to I'm going to stop there because I'm sure as being older, I will I will go to the later movies because I think I know what other movies are, probably the ones that others will mention.
00;20;33;25 - 00;20;35;21
Pete
So I'm going to going to go to Kate.
00;20;35;28 - 00;20;43;00
Derrick
And we're going to go next go to the baby of the group because. Sure. Okay. Kate, what's your movies?
00;20;43;00 - 00;20;54;15
Kate
Okay. So I have a couple. Jurassic Park. Jurassic Park? Yeah. That movie is terrifying. That movie is so scary.
00;20;54;15 - 00;20;56;27
Derrick
And the book is worth.
00;20;57;07 - 00;21;30;21
Kate
It because of the special effects that make that movie so scary and so good. So Jurassic Park is up there. The Harry Potter series as a whole. And it's funny because I actually am not the biggest fan of the Harry Potter movies. I'm more a fan of the books, but my God, the special effects in that movie, in those movies are they're so good.
00;21;30;28 - 00;21;49;20
Kate
And the way that they have recreated all of that in the universal parks is pretty incredible. The only other movie that came to mind was E.T., which I think it's funny that two of mine are Spielberg movies. I watched E.T. from Seattle.
00;21;49;29 - 00;21;53;12
Derrick
And all three of them are industrial light magic, see?
00;21;53;12 - 00;22;25;18
Kate
And that makes sense. But I want to remind everybody, I don't tend to watch except from because of splatoon. I don't watch a lot of like super action movies. I am more comedy and like a rom com comedy. So I don't watch a lot of scary or things where a lot of special effects are used. So watching Jurassic Park, I didn't even see Jurassic Park until I was much older.
00;22;26;06 - 00;22;42;22
Kate
And I mean, I grew up with Harry Potter, but yeah, I don't I don't watch a lot of special effects. And I'm sure now after I've said those two that I'm going to think of a bunch, but that's where I'm at. All right, Derek, you go.
00;22;43;05 - 00;23;10;21
Derrick
Okay. The first one I can remember going, oh, my gosh, that's so cool. Which it was industrial light magic, the ballroom scene in Beauty and the Beast, because Industrial Light Magic started Pixar, and that was one of the first animated uses of their computers. But the other thing, the other movie for me, Forrest Gump, the all the video manipulate you.
00;23;10;22 - 00;23;18;12
Derrick
They did being able to talk to the presidents and Gary Sinise has legs lieutenant Dan doesn't I mean what.
00;23;19;13 - 00;23;22;04
Kate
A day and you ain't got no legs.
00;23;24;17 - 00;23;31;03
Derrick
But and then of course I also remember Kate also remember Jurassic Park, just those dinosaurs.
00;23;31;03 - 00;23;32;11
Kate
That's terrifying.
00;23;32;29 - 00;23;53;19
Derrick
That tyrannosaur. Rex I still see it. One of my favorite shots in all of movie Dogma is the in when the Tyrannosaurus rex roars and you see that dinosaurs, you know, dinosaurs will rule the earth or something like that coming down. So that's you know, those are some of mine. Those are some of my favorite movies that I just remember walking.
00;23;53;19 - 00;23;56;15
Derrick
Those effects are so cool.
00;23;56;23 - 00;24;29;17
Pete
Yeah. I also want to do a quick shout out to the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Yes, Curse of the Black Pearl. That was really the first movie because even with Jurassic Park did a fantastic job. But then you had a number of years where a special effects were kind of up and down. I mean, you'd have like good shots and you would bad shots and like and then you'd watch something like five years later and go home and then curse the Black Pearl came out and they'd had those pirate effects.
00;24;29;29 - 00;24;39;23
Pete
And you still watch that now. And there's a little bit there, but it's still really, really well good. And that was I think that was also I on the.
00;24;39;23 - 00;24;41;02
Derrick
Different shows was.
00;24;41;21 - 00;25;23;29
Pete
And it was that was really the first time that you had to me widespread computer animation effects that really like looked realistic. And so that's that was another moment that I thought was that I would call out. But I, yeah, I'm glad I waited because Cape said Jurassic Park. And that's an obvious one, right? Because it was like so they did such a good job of combining practical and I'm assuming they're going to get to it on this show because it was similar to what they talked about with Star Wars that they they literally did things like they'd never done before or to create the computer animation.
00;25;24;14 - 00;25;37;26
Pete
And, you know, again, at that time, if you if you go back and look at other movies from was that 1993 or something like that, 94, nothing comes close and nothing comes close.
00;25;37;26 - 00;26;06;25
Kate
I do want to shout out to the Matrix. I think I enjoyed just the digital, the stunt work and the digital effects from The Matrix. And again, Matrix, not one of my favorite movies, but I always remember that I was always in awe with the bullets like and him bending backwards and and time like, people walking. Yeah, it just The Matrix is another one for me.
00;26;07;07 - 00;26;11;13
Derrick
Which was not ILM actually.
00;26;11;13 - 00;26;14;24
Kate
Ha ha. Take that ILM. Yeah.
00;26;15;12 - 00;26;28;20
Derrick
Okay. So from the sounds of things, we've all kind of liked it. Kate What would get you to watch the rest of the series? There's four more episodes. I'm doing it on the show. Would you watch it if we were doing it?
00;26;28;27 - 00;26;54;05
Kate
I would probably watch it if we were talking about it on the show, if I didn't have anything else to watch. I do enjoy a good documentary. I think if they dug into more than just Star Wars, if they dug into some of their other earlier movies that they did, whether it is Jurassic Park, whether whatever. Oh, what's the name?
00;26;55;01 - 00;27;01;26
Kate
Derek. Will you look up? Did ILM do? It's not neverending. It's the labyrinth. Labyrinth.
00;27;02;10 - 00;27;03;22
Derrick
Labyrinth.
00;27;03;22 - 00;27;05;18
Kate
Yeah. Did they do that, Simpson?
00;27;05;20 - 00;27;07;09
Derrick
But I will. I will look real quick.
00;27;07;17 - 00;27;20;29
Kate
Okay? I just. I don't know. I liked it. I don't know. I'll probably watch it when I don't have anything else to watch, so. All right, Pete, you come in.
00;27;20;29 - 00;27;21;19
Pete
Yes, we make you.
00;27;21;21 - 00;27;26;18
Derrick
That's conducted like magic to do labyrinth.
00;27;26;18 - 00;27;32;24
Pete
Yeah. I mean, I do know they're going to. I haven't I haven't looked for it. I think Derek has maybe watched more than the two episodes.
00;27;34;10 - 00;27;36;08
Kate
Maybe.
00;27;36;08 - 00;28;02;00
Pete
But I haven't. I've only watched the two. I mean, clearly I think I would guess by episode four, they're going to get definitely into more than Star Wars, because I think I think that's where they eventually went. And I know they did other Lucasfilm movies as well. I remember the first they did the first morphing effect in Willow.
00;28;03;01 - 00;28;08;18
Pete
There was a scene in Willow where a witch morphs into a.
00;28;08;25 - 00;28;11;16
Derrick
Witch, for better or worse, is coming in November.
00;28;12;23 - 00;28;28;03
Pete
We're going to be watching Willow. Yes. Yeah, I'm not going to I'm not going to comment on Willow itself, which I also saw in the theaters, because I was a huge Star Wars and Lucasfilm nerd at the time. At that time also.
00;28;28;03 - 00;28;31;12
Derrick
But I'm.
00;28;31;12 - 00;29;03;08
Pete
Yeah, no, I was you know, I still am. But but I'm just saying, like, I was I was into all those all those types of movies and so I did see Willow in the theater. So I do remember seeing that it's not a great look in effect now, but I'm sure they're going to talk about it. So yeah, I think I think they're going to get away from Star Wars pretty quickly, but I think the next episode might focus pretty hard on Empire would be my guess.
00;29;04;28 - 00;29;29;27
Derrick
I have watched the entire series, to be perfectly honest. I watched the rest of it. Pete, you are very correct that spoiler alert episode three is a lot of empire, but it's not all empire. But then they move beyond Star Wars. Guys, it sounds like Kate. You liked it well enough, Pete. You liked it well enough. Okay? You have until the 1st of November to watch the other four.
00;29;29;27 - 00;29;33;02
Derrick
It's going to get thrown in. We're going to do a full series review November one.
00;29;33;17 - 00;30;00;23
Pete
So that gives us some time to see. So the one thing I would yeah, the one thing I would say about it was even though I liked it a lot, I didn't it didn't really make me want to watch to binge it. And admittedly, I'm not a binger, but each episode was an act. Each episode was an hour long and I thought it was just the right dose, so to speak, of the information.
00;30;01;04 - 00;30;07;16
Pete
So, you know, it's definitely not something that I wanted to sit there and watch like all 6 hours in a weekend or something, you know?
00;30;08;10 - 00;30;19;09
Kate
Yeah, I, I am a binge. I am a binge watcher. I'm very good at binge watching all of the things. And this I didn't really have any desire to like keep going, keep going, like I had some.
00;30;22;17 - 00;30;52;08
Derrick
I will say my episode favorite episode of them is not one of these first two, but I enjoyed the series so we will be watching it our first in November. First part November episode will be a full review of the entire series of Light Magic next week, we are going to be doing two things. One, we're going to be doing like your guys I know we had said now look at it decided we need review it, we need to talk about like, you know.
00;30;52;14 - 00;30;52;29
Pete
Yeah.
00;30;53;18 - 00;31;15;24
Derrick
And to balance it out, we're also going to do the I Am Groot shorts. We've done all sorts. We've done all the other different episodes. There are five minute there's five, five minute shorts to watch. So that's going to be next. We're going to two things for next week. Are going to have white year and I'm going to have I am going to go Pixar and we're going to go Marvel.
00;31;16;10 - 00;31;21;23
Derrick
So both of the great so the powerhouse.
00;31;22;00 - 00;31;29;07
Pete
So on the on the I am Groot shorts are we just going to rate them on a scale of I am two I am Groot.
00;31;29;07 - 00;31;30;20
Derrick
Two I.
00;31;30;20 - 00;31;33;10
Pete
Am Groot. Yeah. Yeah.
00;31;33;15 - 00;31;37;12
Derrick
No guys if you have.
00;31;37;12 - 00;31;43;06
Kate
The actual Groot in the room just stays quiet.
00;31;43;06 - 00;32;03;12
